Job summary

Land Rover Thousand Oaks is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a premier Southern California market.

You will guide clients through the Land Rover lineup, conduct test drives, and build a robust guest pipeline with disciplined follow-up, leveraging CRM tools to ensure a transparent, pressure-free purchase process.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven sales experience or background in hospitality, luxury retail, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools to manage guest interactions.
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury automotive brands and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and understand their needs.
• Guide guests through Land Rover lineup with product knowledge.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives to convey the brand experience.
• Build a guest pipeline with disciplined follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance and management to ensure a transparent purchase.

• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that bring the Land Rover experience to life -- not a scripted pitch
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
• Stay current on Land Rover's lineup, off-road capabilities, and the growing EV and PHEV offerings
• Represent Land Rover Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive sales experience preferred -- candidates from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or other consultative client-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Genuine enthusiasm for the Land Rover brand -- capability, adventure, and design are real talking points and the best consultants here believe in them
• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and you earn trust before you ask for the sale
• Self-motivated with a consistent track record of follow-through and results
• Clear, honest communicator -- Land Rover buyers are informed and they appreciate a consultant who respects that
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
