Job summary

Swickard Auto Group in Thousand Oaks is seeking Service Advisors to join our hospitality-first automotive team. You’ll be the primary guest contact from write-up to delivery, delivering clear, honest recommendations and accurate estimates to keep customers informed and confident.

No automotive experience is required; we hire for communication skills and guest-facing strengths and provide comprehensive training across our Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, and other brand stores in the Thousand Oaks area.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate repairs into clear explanations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process from write-up to delivery.
• Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations.
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance.
• Deliver a consistent, professional guest experience that keeps people coming back.

• Clear, composed communicator -- able to explain service needs in plain language and follow through without gaps
• Organized and accurate under the pace of a busy service operation
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
