Swickard Auto Group is seeking energetic Sales Consultant candidates across its San Francisco Bay Area dealerships. No automotive experience is required; we hire for the right hospitality mindset and train brand knowledge.

Opportunities span Audi, Land Rover, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz and Toyota. You will build guest relationships, present vehicles with confidence, conduct engaging test drives, and collaborate with finance to deliver a transparent, low-pressure buying experience while pursuing

• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real, memorable experience
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or any consultative guest-facing background welcome
• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your earnings and your career
• Clear, honest communicator who follows through on every commitment
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
