Wesley Willows in Rockford, IL is seeking a Sales Consultant - Senior Living to drive occupancy and guide prospects through tours, applications and move-ins. This full-time role offers a $47,000-$52,000 salary plus commission, DOE, with credit for experience.

Qualifications

Two years of sales or case management experience required.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Drive occupancy by building relationships with prospective residents and families.
Guide prospects through the sales process, including tours, applications, and move-ins.
Work collaboratively in a team-selling environment to achieve occupancy and move-in targets.
Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain follow-up via calls, emails, and appointments.
Coordinate move-ins with nursing, maintenance, housekeeping, and resident life.
Ensure a smooth transition experience for new residents and families.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Participate in outreach events and meet sales goals set by leadership.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:
