Job summary

Wesley Willows is hiring a Sales Counselor in Rockford, IL to drive occupancy and build relationships with prospective residents and families. You will guide prospects through tours, applications, and move-ins, while collaborating with a team to meet occupancy targets.

The role requires two years of sales or case management experience, at least 21 years old, and preferably a Bachelor's degree. Strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales or case management experience (required), preference for service industries.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (required).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy by building strong relationships with prospective residents and families.
• Guide prospects through the sales process, including tours, follow-ups, applications, and move-ins.
• Work collaboratively in a team-selling environment, consistently working toward achieving defined occupancy and move-in targets.
• Respond promptly to all inquiries and maintain consistent follow-upthrough calls, emails, and personal appointments.
• Coordinate move-in logistics by collaborating with internal departments including nursing, maintenance, housekeeping, and resident life.
• Ensure a smooth and positive transition experience for new residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Participate in outreach events and meet sales goals set by leadership.
