Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Paramus is hiring Sales Consultants to join our high‑performing team. You will greet customers in-store and online, help them select vehicles that fit their needs, and conduct compelling product presentations and test drives.

You’ll follow up on leads, build long-term relationships, and work with finance to close deals. We value 2+ years of dealership sales experience, MB familiarity, strong objection handling, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership sales experience; Mercedes-Benz experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems.
• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objections.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and retention; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and online.
