• Use factory-approved tools and systems to ensure precision and compliance
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Document work performed accurately in the RO system
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a collaborative service culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Class A and/or B level Mercedes-Benz technicians with 5-7+ years of experience in a dealership setting
• Up-to-date ASE and Mercedes-Benz certifications
• Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems
• Proficient in engine and transmission repair/replacement, electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Familiarity with Xentry and manufacturer-specific diagnostic platforms
• Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The flat rate range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
