Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Paramus is seeking part-time receptionists to greet customers, process payments, and answer calls in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in administrative, customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Schedule is Tuesday–Thursday, 12pm–8pm, with hourly pay of $18 and a comprehensive Total Rewards package offered by Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative customer-facing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.
• Answer and address all incoming phone calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Occasionally scan and file documents as needed.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery process with salespeople such as contacting customers as needed for license plate pickup and other clerical duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
