Mercedes-Benz of Paramus is hiring BDC Administrators in our Sales Department for a full-time, on-site role in Paramus, NJ. The position offers an earning potential of $60k–$80k annually based on performance and requires Saturday availability with one weekday off.

Qualifications

• BDC experience in a call center setting is preferred.
• Customer-facing roles and telemarketing experience are a plus.
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of product pricing and dealership promotions.
• Use phone and computer systems to increase appointments, sales and retention.
• Schedule solid appointments from various lead sources and service notes.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced call center and BDC representatives
• Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, business development roles preferred but not required
• Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers

What You’ll Do:

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize computer & phone skills within ourInternet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
