Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant for a 100% commission position. You will generate and close sales for Generac home standby solutions, educate homeowners on benefits, and conduct site assessments to deliver tailored proposals.

The role includes training during onboarding, with unlimited earning potential through commissions. This is a remote position, with occasional travel to meet clients and conduct site visits, reporting directly to a franchise location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience or willingness to train.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers with backup power solutions and a proven track record of success. The position is 100% commission with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Position starts with modest salary through training period, then 100% uncapped commission compensation.
• Sales commission based on closed sales with customer from provided leads.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, incoming leads and networking.
• Educate customers on the benefits of home power solutions.
• Conduct home site assessments and provide tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship building.
