Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to actively engage customer prospects and drive sales. You will run appointments, visit locations to assess needs, and prepare detailed proposals, then negotiate and close the sale.

In this role you will process orders, coordinate with office staff, manage in-store displays, and follow up on existing leads to sustain relationships and hit targets within schedule.

Qualifications

• Relationship management and openness to feedback.
• Must have Valid TDL, good driving record, pass a background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visit customer locations, analyze needs, and put together detailed proposals.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process orders and provide documentation to office staff.
• Spend time managing displays at big box stores and take leads as needed.
• Follow up on older leads as tracked in the company system.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within schedule.
• Report to HQ throughout the week as needed.

Job Description

Generator Supercenter is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

• Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Running appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visiting customer locations, analyzing customer needs, and putting a detailed proposal together.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process order and provide office staff with all required documentation.
• Spend a certain amount of time managing displays at the big box stores and taking leads if needed.
• Following up on older leads as tracked within the company system.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Outside Sales Reps are required to report into HQ throughout the week as needed.

Income + Sales Commissions

$50K (BASE) + Bonuses + Company Vehicle + Company Fuel Card

• 15-18 sales - $150 ea sale
• 19-22 sales - $200 ea sale
• 23 + sales - $300 ea sale
