The ideal candidate has a proven track record in identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and exceeding sales goals, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Foodservice, Jan/San, or Packaging.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and close deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Contact customer leads through cold calling.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and budget.
• Increase sales within existing accounts by introducing new items.
• Connect with lost accounts and re-establish relationships.
• Input sales orders.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to solve customer problems and needs.
• Attend sales and other meetings.
• Participate in all company spiffs and promotions.
• Follow our Sales Training Policies.
