Job summary

Imperial Brady in Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Consultant to identify leads, build relationships, and close deals in the Cedarburg/West Bend/Milwaukee region. You will analyze customer needs and present solutions to grow the business.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in sales (Foodservice, Jan/San, or Packaging preferred), strong selling and negotiation skills, excellent time management, and proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Contact customer leads through cold calling.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and budget.
• Increase sales within existing accounts by introducing new items.
• Connect with lost accounts and re-establish relationships.
• Input sales orders.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to solve customer problems and needs.
• Attend sales and other meetings.
• Participate in all company spiffs and promotions.
• Follow our Sales Training Policies.
