Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads and build relationships with potential customers.
• Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets and budgets.
• Input sales orders and collaborate with the sales manager to resolve customer problems.
• Cold call leads to generate new business.
• Attend sales meetings and participate in promotions.
• Increase sales within existing accounts by introducing new items.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

The Sales Consultant develops and grows our business by identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in identifying customer needs, developing and presenting solutions, and exceeding sales goals!

You will:

• Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Contact customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and budget
• Increase sales within existing accounts by introducing new items
• Connect with lost accounts and re-establish relationships
• Input sales orders
• Collaborate with the sales manager to solve customer problems and needs
• Attend sales and other meetings
• Participate in all company spiffs and promotions
• Follow our Sales Training Policies

You have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Foodservice, Jan/San, or Packaging
