Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in sales, preferably in Foodservice, Jan/San, or Packaging. Strong selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, plus Excel proficiency, are essential.

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and budget
• Increase sales within existing accounts by introducing new items
• Connect with lost accounts and re-establish relationships
• Input sales orders
• Collaborate with the sales manager to solve customer problems and needs
• Attend sales and other meetings
• Participate in all company spiffs and promotions
