What You’ll Do

You’ll help customers enjoy a simple, positive vehicle-buying experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding what they need
• Presenting vehicles, models, features, and accessories
• Explaining available purchase and financing options
• Conducting vehicle walk -aroundand test drives
• Following up with interested and previous customers
• Learning about new products and attending training sessions
• Building customer relationships that last beyond the sale
• Following dealership policies and safety standards
