Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Dundee, IL. The Sales Consultant will meet with residential and commercial customers, conduct on-site assessments of concrete floor surfaces, and provide product demonstrations and recommendations. Daily responsibilities include, preparing and presenting quotes, explaining coating options and installation processes, and guiding customers through the decision-making and scheduling process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and ensuring a positive experience. The Sales Consultant is expected to build long-term relationships, meet sales targets, and represent Encore Concrete Coatings professionally in the local market.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including follow-up and support throughout the sales and installation process.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain products, pricing, and timelines.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial sales, construction, home improvement, or related fields is beneficial, but not required.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct in-person visits, and travel locally within YOUR area.
• Comfort using CRM systems, email, and basic office software to manage leads and document sales activity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for visiting customer locations.
