Job summary

TORQ Coatings in the Milwaukee area is hiring installers to apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings on residential and some commercial floors. You will work as part of a crew completing projects quickly, often in a single day, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

No prior floor coating experience is required as we provide hands-on training. The role offers a 4-day work week, potential 5th day for extra income, and benefits as you build a skilled trades career.

Compensation:$20–$25/hr

Schedule:|4-Day Work Week | Paid Training

We’re hiring hardworking installers to join a growing concrete floor coating company serving the Chicagoland area.

What You'll Do

You’ll work with a crew to install garage and concrete floor coatings for homeowners and some commercial spaces.

Daily tasks include:

• Grinding and prepping concrete floors
• Applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
• Moving materials and equipment
• Keeping job sites clean and organized
• Working with a team to complete projects efficiently

Physical Requirements
