Job summary

TORQ Coatings in Lombard, IL is hiring hardworking installers to join our growing concrete floor coating team serving the Chicagoland area.

No floor coating experience required; we train the right people. Most jobs are completed in one day, and we offer a 4-day work week with paid training.

You’ll install garage and concrete floor coatings for homeowners and some commercial spaces, grinding and prepping floors, applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings, and keeping job sites clean.

Compensation:$20–$25/hr

What You'll Do

You’ll work with a crew to install garage and concrete floor coatings for homeowners and some commercial spaces.

Daily tasks include:

• Grinding and prepping concrete floors
• Applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
• Moving materials and equipment
• Keeping job sites clean and organized
• Working with a team to complete projects efficiently

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Comfortable working on your feet most of the day
• Ability to bend, kneel, and work with tools
• Comfortable working in garages and job site environments
