Feet First Partners, a franchisee of The Good Feet Store, is looking for enthusiastic Arch Support Specialists to join their team in Cranston, Rhode Island. This client-facing sales role offers a chance to help customers improve their mobility and comfort while driving results for the business.

You will provide personalized assessments, match clients with appropriate products, and strive to meet sales targets. Expect a dynamic work environment with excellent career growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
• Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
• Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Consistently reach sales targets and achieve business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base pay: $20–23/hour plus uncapped commission (expected annual earnings: $60,000–$80,000)

Hours

We offer excellent retail hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Weekend availability required (both Saturday and Sunday — our busiest days!)

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs, and using ladders or step stools.
