Job summary

Feet First Partners, a franchisee of The Good Feet Store in Miami, is hiring motivated sales associates, known as Arch Support Specialists. This is a client-facing sales role designed for individuals who excel at connecting with customers and helping them improve mobility and comfort. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of retail experience and a competitive mindset.

The position offers a base pay of $20–23/hour, with potential earnings of $60,000–$80,000 annually, alongside benefits such as medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail experience, commission-based and consultative sales experience required.
• Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday).
• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
• Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
• Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
• Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Consistently reach sales targets and achieve business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base pay: $20–23/hour plus uncapped commission (expected annual earnings: $60,000–$80,000)

Hours

We offer excellent retail hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Weekend availability required (both Saturday and Sunday — our busiest days!)

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs, and using ladders or step stools.
