Swickard Auto Group operates Audi Volkswagen of Bellingham, a hospitality-focused car retailer in Whatcom County. No automotive experience is required, as paid brand and product training starts from day one.

This role offers an OTE of $50,000–$125,000+ annually and ample opportunities to build a loyal client base in a Pacific Northwest community. As a Sales Consultant, you welcome guests, present Audi and VW lineups, arrange test drives, and manage a pipeline with disciplined follow-up.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, outdoor or lifestyle industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and trust-building skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and understand needs.
• Guide guests through Audi and VW lineups with product knowledge.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline via follow-up and CRM.
• Collaborate with finance and management for a transparent purchase.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Stay current on both brands and EV offerings.
• Represent the brands and Swickard's hospitality standard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth -- understanding what they want before presenting what we have
• Guide guests through Audi and Volkswagen's lineups with growing product knowledge and confidence -- connecting performance, design, technology, and value to what matters most to each individual buyer
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that bring the Audi and Volkswagen ownership experiences to life
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
• Stay current on both brands' full lineups, technology features, and growing EV and PHEV offerings
• Represent Audi Volkswagen of Bellingham and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- paid Audi and Volkswagen brand and product training provided from day one
• Experience in hospitality, outdoor and lifestyle industries, retail, financial services, or consultative sales strongly preferred -- backgrounds that earn trust and deliver results with genuine care transfer directly to this role
• Genuine curiosity about both brands -- Audi's performance and technology story and Volkswagen's design and value credentials give a prepared consultant real conversations to have with engaged buyers
• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of repeat and referral buyers
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
