Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or any consultative guest-facing background welcome.
• Relationship-first approach; you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale.
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your earnings and your career.
• Clear, honest communicator who follows through on every commitment.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have.
• Guide guests through the lineup with growing product knowledge -- connecting the brand's story to what matters most to each individual buyer.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real, memorable experience.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores.
