Job summary

Move In Ready is hiring a Sales Consultant to work remotely with clients, helping them select home services and present options clearly. You will research properties, initiate contact, and follow up on sales while ensuring successful installations.

Experience in sales and knowledge of real estate help, with English as a required language. The role offers a base pay of $3,000 per month plus uncapped commissions, a fully remote setup, paid time off, and early opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred, ideally in utilities/telecom or real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge and understanding of real estate sales process.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Move In Ready is a home services connection company that is changing how people move! Our growing company specializes in helping new homeowners connect their utilities, telecom, security, and many more services. Our goal is to provide a "turn-key" experience when they walk into their dream home!

Move In Ready is hiring for a Sales Consultant to work directly with our clients to assist in selecting home services. We are looking for personalities that can meet sales goals, display product knowledge and concisely present information to all clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have great communication and organizational skills, a deep understanding of our sales process, and the ability to learn as we grow.

• - Willingness and desire to meet call metrics and sales goals
• - 1+ year of sales experience preferred (ideally, experience in utility/telecom industries or real estate sales)

• - Full-time (business hours of operation are 9AM-6PM Mon-Thurs, and 9AM-5PM on Fridays)
• - $3000/month base pay + uncapped, tiered percentage-based commission

• - Preliminary phone interview, followed by an online video secondary interview, third video interview with management. Background check required.
