Job summary

Move In Ready is hiring for a Sales Consultant to work directly with our clients to assist in selecting home services. We are looking for personalities that can meet sales goals, display product knowledge and concisely present information to all clients.

This fully remote, full-time role offers a base pay of $3,000 per month plus uncapped commission, paid holidays, and a path for career growth in a small team that has direct communication with C-suite executives.

Move In Ready is hiring for a Sales Consultant to work directly with our clients to assist in selecting home services. We are looking for personalities that can meet sales goals, display product knowledge and concisely present information to all clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have great communication and organizational skills, a deep understanding of our sales process, and the ability to learn as we grow.

Responsibilities for Sales Consultant

• - Research properties and identify providers available

• - Present service options using product knowledge in a clear conversation with clients
• - Follow up on all sales, respond to emails and voicemails, and ensure installation of sales
• - Provide customer service throughout every step of the sales process
• - Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, teammates, and management
• - All other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills for Sales Consultant

• - Strong interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, teamwork, problem solving)
• - Knowledge and understanding of real estate industry and sales process
• - Proficient computer, Microsoft, Vonage and CRM skills
• - Willingness and desire to meet call metrics and sales goals
• - 1+ year of sales experience preferred (ideally, experience in utility/telecom industries or real estate sales)
• -Bilingual (English and Spanish) are a plus, but not required

• - Full-time (business hours of operation are 9AM-6PM Mon-Thurs, and 9AM-5PM on Fridays)
• - $3000/month base pay + uncapped, tiered percentage-based commission

• - Preliminary phone interview, followed by an online video secondary interview, third video interview with management. Background check required.
