You will engage clients, present options, and manage the sales cycle from outreach to installation while collaborating with a small team and leadership. The position offers a base pay with uncapped commissions, paid holidays, and opportunities for career growth within a tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong understanding of the real estate sales process.

• Willingness to meet call metrics and sales targets.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred; utilities/telecom or real estate sales ideal.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Move In Ready is hiring for a Sales Consultant to work directly with our clients to assist in selecting home services. We are looking for personalities that can meet sales goals, display product knowledge and concisely present information to all clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have great communication and organizational skills, a deep understanding of our sales process, and the ability to learn as we grow.

• - Knowledge and understanding of real estate industry and sales process
• - Proficient computer, Microsoft, Vonage and CRM skills
• - Willingness and desire to meet call metrics and sales goals
• - 1+ year of sales experience preferred (ideally, experience in utility/telecom industries or real estate sales)
• -Bilingual (English and Spanish) are a plus, but not required

Details

• - Full-time (business hours of operation are 9AM-6PM Mon-Thurs, and 9AM-5PM on Fridays)
• - $3000/month base pay + uncapped, tiered percentage-based commission

• - Preliminary phone interview, followed by an online video secondary interview, third video interview with management. Background check required.
