Job summary

DRB HOMES in Addison, TX is seeking a proactive Home Sales Associate to drive single-family home sales in designated communities. You will greet visitors, demonstrate model homes, explain features, and guide buyers through site selection, floorplans, and structural options.

You will pre-qualify customers, prepare contracts, assist with loan applications, coordinate with production, and follow up on loans and settlements to reach monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
• Five years of experience in home sales or equivalent.
• Licensed realtor in applicable states (where required) and valid driver's license for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota.
• Greet prospective customers and demonstrate model homes.

JOB PURPOSE:Responsible for the sale of single-family homes in designated communities. Coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. Ensure timely settlements to achieve monthly and annual goals. Performs general on-site administrative functions.
