Armada is seeking a hands-on Sales Compensation Analyst to run the global sales comp program. You will own the monthly commission close in CaptivateIQ, validate results, and package disclosures, partnering with Sales, CS, Finance, and Legal to keep plans accurate.

• 4+ years owning sales compensation administration end to end.
• CaptivateIQ, Salesforce, and advanced Excel fluency required.
• Strong attention to detail and independent work style.
• Hourly rate varies by tier; equity and subsidized benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly commission close in CaptivateIQ: validate, calculate, and package results.
• Maintain rosters, plan assignments, and quota records; build/test plans and produce documents.
• Support rep/manager questions and maintain runbooks.
