Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Compensation Consultant to design, administer and govern global compensation programs. You will develop data, participate in market pricing and support executives with policy recommendations.

The role requires strong analytics, experience with compensation surveys, and collaboration across business lines. This is an on-site Atlanta-based position with opportunities to influence global programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Finance, or business).
• Master’s degree preferred; analytics-focused program advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years in compensation or HR with a focus on compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, administer and manage global compensation programs and systems.
• Develop data for compensation decisions and market pricing using surveys.
• Provide guidance to management on policies, programs and compliance.
• Run ad-hoc reports and analyses from HRIS to support decisions.
• Assist with executive compensation projects and programs.
