- 8+ years in reporting, analytics, BI, sales operations, or related fields.
- Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops a team of reporting, analytics, and BI professionals.
- Owns strategy and delivery of sales compensation reporting and analytics.
- Oversees data modeling, BI governance, and scalable reporting solutions.
- Leads development of Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
- Partners with Finance, Sales Ops, and leadership to identify trends and opportunities.
