Job summary

Norstella seeks a Commissions Analyst to manage day-to-day incentive compensation administration for the global sales organization. You will ensure accurate data, process payouts, and maintain records in line with policies, partnering with Sales, HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders.

You will work hands-on with Xactly Incent and Salesforce, handle inquiries, validate transactions, and support monthly commission processing while striving for audit-ready documentation and reliable

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience supporting incentive compensation or commission administration.
• Hands-on experience with Xactly Incent and Salesforce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data validation, reconciliation, reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation‑related employee lifecycle activities in Xactly Incent.
• Support monthly commission processing by validating data and resolving inquiries.
• Generate and validate commission statements, reports, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, Payroll and stakeholders to ensure data consistency.
• Monitor workflows and assist with statements, attainment reporting, and system access queries.
