Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Sales Collections Representative in New Jersey to manage accounts with outstanding balances, conduct high-volume calls, and negotiate payment arrangements to improve cash flow.

You will earn a competitive base plus uncapped monthly commissions in a hybrid role with one remote day per week after training, and there are opportunities to advance into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in collections, sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience negotiating payments, arrangements, or customer resolutions.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Spanish fluency (spoken and written) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business accounts with outstanding balances.
• Conduct high-volume outbound collection calls and follow-up.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and identify solutions for past-due accounts.
• Process customer payments and investigate account discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed account records and activity documentation.

Sales Collections Representative

Salary: $55,000 starting base salary, transitioning to approximately $40,000 after 6–9 months, plus uncapped monthly commission
