YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR BILINGUAL COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE

We're looking for a highly outgoing and motivated person who can achieve real results while staying positive and professional. You'll be working in our office, answering incoming phone calls and making outbound calls to collect outstanding payments from consumers. Customer service is vital, as you'll speak with consumers about their overdue balances and encourage them to make their payments.

You’ll answer questions, address objections, and negotiate payment arrangements that work for the consumer and the business. As you speak with consumers, you’ll accurately update their information in our system.
