Job summary

CFG Merchant Solutions in New Jersey seeks a motivated Retention Specialist to contact merchants with past-due balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates are resilient and persuasive, capable of handling 50–100+ calls daily in a fast-paced environment, with Spanish language skills a plus and a pathway to significant earnings through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Spanish language is a plus.
• Experience in collections or sales is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills are required.
• Experience negotiating payment plans or settlements.
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations and make 50–100+ calls per day.
• Competitive mindset with ability to handle pressure.
