MeetMinded is seeking an experienced Sales Closer to speak with applicants for matchmaking and help the right candidates get started. All calls are booked for you with warm leads, and roles are remote across the US.

You will run Zoom consultations, close sales, process payments, and hand off new clients to a matchmaker within 24 hours. Strong English, US-hours availability, and CRM discipline are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience closing high-ticket consumer offers ($3,000+).
• Experience closing sales over Zoom or phone.
• Provide verifiable close rate, average ticket size, and monthly cash collected.
• A warm, consultative sales style — you never pressure prospects.
• Comfortable conversations with men and women aged 45+ about relationships.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Availability during US business hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Experience with CRM and maintaining accurate records.
• Coachable and open to regular call reviews and feedback.
• A quiet, professional home setup with reliable internet.
• Based in the United States.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer to speak with members who have applied for matchmaking and help the right candidates get started.

There is no cold calling — all calls are booked for you with members who have already expressed interest.

What You'll Do

• Run 30-minute consultation calls with prospective clients over Zoom
• Understand each member's relationship goals and recommend the right matchmaking program
• Close sales, collect payments, and set up payment plans
• Hand new clients over to their matchmaker within 24 hours

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is required; matchmaking experience is a plus but not required.

What We Offer

Choose the compensation structure that works best for you:

Option A: Base + Commission

• $40,000 annual base salary
• 15% commission on cash collected
• Full-time hours
• MeetMinded only — no competing offers

Option B: Commission Only

• 20% commission on cash collected
• Guaranteed minimum of $2,500/month for the first 2 months
• At least 20 hours/week of call availability
• Non-competing offers are permitted
• Paid monthly
