Position Overview
Based Agency is looking for an experienced Sales Closer to turn qualified sales calls into new clients.
We sell AI marketing to home improvement companies. Our marketing funnels book 4 to 6 qualified sales calls a day with remodelers, roofers, HVAC companies, window and door companies and other home improvement business owners who already want what we offer.

You get a booked calendar, a full time setter, a proven offer with a money back guarantee, and a commission plan built to make you a lot of money fast. In return we expect you to run a tight sales process and close consistently.

This is not a cold calling or prospecting position. You will be focused on qualified calls and follow up.

What You Will Be Doing

• Take 15 to 30 booked sales calls a week on Zoom and phone
• Run a real discovery. Understand the owner’s business, lead flow, close rates, average ticket and where they are losing money
• Present our AI marketing services clearly and confidently and pick the right package for each client
• Handle questions and objections and close on the call when the fit is right

Follow up consistently.

• Work with your full time setter every day to tighten show rates, pre-call prep and follow up
• Keep the CRM clean and accurate so the whole team can see the pipeline
• Hand closed clients to onboarding with clear notes so fulfillment starts strong
• Share what you hear on calls with the founder so the offer keeps getting sharper

Who We Are Looking For

• Sales experience in the home improvement industry is strongly preferred. You have sold to or worked with contractors, remodelers, roofers, HVAC, kitchen and bath, windows and doors, or similar businesses
• A track record of closing high ticket phone and Zoom sales, ideally recurring services
• Marketing agency or digital services sales experience is strongly preferred
• Comfortable talking numbers with business owners and understanding what they actually care about
• Organized and relentless on follow up. Deals do not fall through the cracks on your watch
• Coachable. You want your calls reviewed and you use the feedback
• Self motivated and able to run your own day
• US based and available during EST business hours

Compensation

• Commission based with no cap. Year one on target earnings of $150,000 to $250,000.. Top performers will clear $300,000
• Strong commission on every new client plus residual commission on clients who stay
• Prepaid packages pay out in full the pay period after the client pays
