Job description

SaaSVolt builds and delivers turnkey SaaS platforms for startups and growing companies across various industries. From MVP to scalable production, we partner closely with clients to transform ideas into powerful software solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales & Client Success Manager to own client communication, relationship management, and drive long-term success for the businesses we serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for both new prospects and existing clients.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications (email, LinkedIn, video calls) with clarity and professionalism.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable development objectives for the internal team.
  • Work alongside the CEO and development team to ensure smooth onboarding, clear expectations, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients through follow-ups, check-ins, and upsell opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to track conversations, deals, and milestones.
  • Identify high-potential accounts and develop strategies to retain and expand client engagements.
  • Represent SaaSVolt’s brand and values with every interaction.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales, account management, or client success (preferably in tech or SaaS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you’re clear, concise, and confident.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly with startup founders and business leaders.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS development lifecycle is a plus (you don’t need to code, but you should understand the basics).
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset—you follow up without being asked and always look for ways to add value.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Background in technical project coordination or product management.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM tools.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus.
