One of our companies is currently looking for a Client Success Manager in the United States.

This is a high-impact role focused on building long-term relationships with clients in the sports and entertainment space. As a Client Success Manager, you'll act as a trusted partner—aligning platform capabilities with client objectives to maximize value, drive revenue, and enhance the fan experience. This opportunity blends strategic consulting, data analysis, and relationship management, offering exposure to product adoption and commercial planning. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that prioritizes business outcomes and thrives on collaboration, insight-sharing, and tangible client success.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, aligning platform solutions with business goals
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives that enhance performance and product adoption
  • Conduct business reviews and present actionable insights to support renewals and increase satisfaction
  • Analyze usage, sales, and operational data to guide client strategy using tools like Looker or Mixpanel
  • Advocate internally for client needs by influencing product roadmaps and cross-functional priorities
  • Build client advocacy through referrals, case studies, and public exposure
  • Travel up to 25% to foster deeper client relationships, primarily between April and October


Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships in SaaS, tech, or entertainment industries
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into client value
  • Experience driving measurable business outcomes and improving client ROI
  • Skilled communicator able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficient in using data platforms (Looker, Mixpanel, Hex preferred)
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; passion for live events and sports is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
