RevsUp represents a privately-held Patent Prosecution SaaS company that has been operating since 2013 and serves more than 95 law firms, including 7 of the 10 largest patent law firms.
This 52-employee, PE-funded firm, which is growing its workforce by 50% after receiving a significant capital infusion, is seeking a Customer Success Representative to manage a mixture of law firms and enterprise customers. You will identify use cases and product expansion with Fortune 5000 companies that file 100+ patent applications per year (think pharma, tech, manufacturing, energy), and patent-focused law firms. This is a work-from-home role, but you must live in a preferred metro area.

Its platform delivers ROI to a growing roster of clients in all segments of patent prosecution, including technology, software/AI, semiconductors, chemical engineering, and biology.
Role
* Individual contributor role, working from your home office.
* $60 to $80+ OTE, commensurate with previous revenue performance. 85% paid as a base salary. However there are accelerators offered if you outperform goals.

* Top candidates have 2 to 5+ years of uncovering revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
* Any experience, connection or interest in law firms or legal software is helpful but not required.
* In 80% of closed deals, this solution replaces “paper and people,” so this is an exciting and evangelical solution.
* Previous Sales experience/mindset preferred. “We’re looking for someone that started in sales, loves the thrill of the exploratory phase of uncovering needs, but would rather not do contracting, legal, integration scoping, and negotiating with the pressure of a quota.”
