Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and coordinate all incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries via telephone, email and text in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support the sales team by ensuring a smooth flow of communication with potential clients.
• Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership’s standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
