• Read, type and understand proper grammar in written/typed communication.
• Understand vehicle pricing and manufacturer incentives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, internet or text.
• Set appointments for customers to meet our team and test drive vehicles.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of vehicles, dealership policies and manufacturer incentives.
• Test drive vehicles with customers and assist through the car-buying process.
