Responsabilités

• Respond to sales inquiries and provide professional,timelycommunication to clients and internal teams
• Support sales and catering operations, including managing room blocks, reports, billing details, and event documentation
• Coordinate and communicate event details throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases
• Track key deadlines, client requirements, and event milestones to ensure successful execution
• Utilize sales systems and tools to support booking processes and achieve team goals
• Participate in meetings, training, and reporting to support departmental objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and seamless events
• Assistin achieving sales activity and revenue goals through client interaction and support efforts
• Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and compliance with company policies
