Job summary

The Sales and Catering Coordinator has overall responsibility for providing administrative support for Sales and Catering and for the efficient and smooth execution of all catering events. The role requires using available resources to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

The position involves administrative support to both Sales and Catering managers, handling BEOs, event coordination with multiple departments, and timely processing of contracts

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience or an equivalent education/experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of business contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales and Catering Managers.
• Prepare and distribute mail and maintain files.
• Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Coordinate the BEO meetings with departments to ensure professional execution of events.
• Assist with contracts, credit applications and billing procedures.
