Job summary

Dan Cummins Auto in Georgetown, KY is seeking a customer-focused representative to handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule sales appointments. You will provide initial product information and direct customers to the right dealership resources, including presenting financing options based on needs.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
