Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Florida is seeking a Sales Analytics professional to support incentive analysis, reporting, and KPI development across multiple business units. You will collaborate with the sales team on monthly objectives and incentive tracking, while delivering timely insights to guide decisions.

The role involves building and publishing monthly/quarterly reports, conducting ad hoc analyses for Sales and Marketing, and presenting findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or HS with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools; able to develop/maintain reports and dashboards.
• Experience with incentive programs, sales analytics, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with sales team to support incentive analysis, MBOs, incentive tracking, and program effectiveness.
• Conducts historical sales and retailer reporting to identify trends and support decisions.
• Develops monthly/quarterly sales reports and KPIs for Reyes Beverage Group units.
• Performs ad hoc reporting for Sales and Marketing to support objectives and uncover opportunities.
• Presents analyses, trends, and recommendations to leadership as needed.
• Provides ongoing training and guidance to market teams on incentives, reporting tools, and processes to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

Location: Depending on business needs, this position may have the opportunity to be based out of Deerfield Beach, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the sales team to support sales incentive analysis and associated best practices, including Monthly Business Objectives, incentive tracking, and program effectiveness.
• Conducts historical sales and retailer reporting and analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and support business decisions.
• Develops, publishes, and maintains monthly and quarterly sales reports and Key Performance Indicators for Reyes Beverage Group business units.
• Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis for various Sales and Marketing departments to support business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conducts presentations of analyses, performance trends, and recommendations to leadership as needed.
• Provides consistent training, guidance, and ongoing support to market teams on incentive programs, reporting tools, and established processes to promote accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
