Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a detail-oriented finance analyst to prepare and interpret financial reports, analyze data, and support budgeting and planning processes. The role requires collaboration with leadership and travel to division locations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience (or equivalent), with CPA or Master’s preferred. Comprehensive benefits and a strong, people-first culture are offered.

• Master’s Degree or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data to quantify financial opportunity and risk.
• Perform root cause analysis and partner with divisional leadership to drive solutions.
• Develop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisions.
• Support development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets and corporate budgets.
• Travel requirements of at least 10% to provide on-site support to division locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis

• Perform root cause analysis and partner with divisional leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology solutions
• Develop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisions
• Support the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets and corporate budgets
• Travel requirements of at least 10% to provide on-site support to division locations
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
