The ideal candidate will coordinate campaigns, manage portals, and serve as the liaison for contracts and educational materials, enabling agents to sell more effectively while staying independent.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written).
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, or broker activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the department through sales and broker branding campaigns and projects.
• Coordinate events, outreach, and relationships with vendors and agencies.
• Participate in website, broker portal, and enrollment portal updates as needed.
• Point of contact for pre- and post-contracts; communicate plans.
• Assist with pre-event activities including guest lists and collateral.
• Develop educational materials to help agents sell more and stay independent.
