Total Health Oncology is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join a growing, entrepreneurial team. This fully remote role supports the sales group and improves operational efficiency, handling admin, marketing, and client support to keep revenue-generating activities on track.

The position involves processing sponsorships, onboarding sponsors, managing communications via Marketo, Squarespace updates, and coordinating Basecamp tasks after meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process sponsorships from contract through fulfillment.
• Coordinate sponsor onboarding and maintain internal documentation.
• Manage the Exhibits inbox and route inquiries to the right team.
• Monitor sponsorship inventory and update availability as opportunities sell out.
• Learn and manage Marketo for sponsor communications.
• Build and launch email campaigns using provided templates.
• Schedule and monitor email sends.
• Learn and manage Squarespace updates for meeting sites.
• Coordinate and distribute Basecamp follow‑up tasks after each meeting.
