Job summary

Astiva Health, Inc., located in Orange, CA, is a premier healthcare provider specializing in Medicare and HMO services. The Sales & Broker Support Coordinator will support the Sales Department with sales material, event setup and outreach coordination.

The Coordinator will help promote organization growth, branding, and sales outreach by developing campaigns, working cross-functionally, coordinating vendors, updating portals, and supporting pre/post contracts and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in Korean (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Support sales material creation and event setup for campaigns.
• Coordinate resources across teams for projects and campaigns.
• Establish relationships with vendors and agencies for sales activities.
• Review and update website, broker portal and enrollment portal as needed.
• Serve as point of contact for pre- and post-contract activities.
