Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning or workforce planning.
• Experience building capacity, productivity, headcount or workforce models in large orgs.
• Strong knowledge of sales role design, segmentation, coverage, and annual planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end blueprint, capacity, and productivity planning with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Business Ops, Strategy, and Analytics.
• Establish governance, decision rights, documentation standards, and change-control processes.
• Translate blueprint into annual capacity by role, segment, geography, route to market, and sales motion.
